Crockpot White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased crockpot.

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, mix well.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in melted white chocolate.

Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the crockpot.

Cover and cook on low for 3 hours.

Turn off the crockpot and let the cheesecake rest in the crockpot for 2 hours.

Remove the cheesecake from the crockpot and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

Before serving, top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream.
