Curry bread is a popular street food in Japan, where it is often filled with a curry-flavored filling and deep-fried to perfection.

Boil the potatoes until cooked, then peel and mash them.

Finely chop the onion and green chili.

In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chili, curry powder, and salt. Mix well.

Take a bread slice and spread a generous amount of the potato mixture on one side. Cover with another bread slice to make a sandwich.

Repeat with the remaining bread slices and potato mixture.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the prepared bread sandwiches until golden brown on both sides.

Remove from the pan and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
