  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. Heat the milk until warm and add it to the dry ingredients along with melted butter and egg. Mix well to form a dough.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
  6. In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon and brown sugar. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the dough.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly from one end to form a log.
  8. Place the log in a greased loaf pan, cover, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  9. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  10. Bake the bread for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
  12. Slice and serve.
