Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and gruyere cheese. Stir until melted and smooth.

Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce and mix well.

Season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the macaroni and cheese mixture to a baking dish.
