  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, ground almonds, vanilla extract, and rum.

  4. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes.
  5. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls.
  6. Insert a pistachio or a small piece of marzipan into each ball.
  7. Roll the balls in cocoa powder.
  8. Place the Mozart Kugeln in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
