  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, eggs, and water.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 3 equal parts.
  8. Roll each part into a long rope and braid them together.
  9. Place the braided challah on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool before serving.
