Pull-apart bread is also known as monkey bread due to its fun and interactive way of eating.

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Heat milk and butter in a saucepan until butter melts. Let it cool slightly.

Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a soft dough.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.

In a separate bowl, mix together the fresh herbs, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese.

Roll each dough ball in the herb mixture to coat evenly.

Arrange the coated dough balls in a greased baking dish.

Let the dough balls rest for 10 minutes.
