  3. Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix well to form a soft dough.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.

  9. Roll each dough ball in the herb mixture to coat evenly.
