Herb and Onion Stuffing
Stuffing, also known as dressing, is a traditional dish commonly served during Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners in the United States.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cut the bread into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 10 minutes or until they are dry and lightly toasted.

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onions, celery, parsley, sage, and thyme. Cook until the vegetables are soft and the onions are translucent.

In a large bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes, cooked vegetables, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly distributed.

Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Let the stuffing rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
