In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until well beaten.

Crumble the feta cheese and chop the fresh herbs.

Add the feta cheese, fresh herbs, cherry tomatoes, salt, and black pepper to the beaten eggs. Mix well.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.

Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, until the edges start to set.

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden on top.
