In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Add crushed pretzels, dark chocolate chips, and chopped roasted peanuts to the bowl.

Stir until all ingredients are well distributed.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press it down firmly and evenly.

Place the dish in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 1 hour.
