Extra-Easy Cinnamon-Fruit Cobbler

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

In a separate bowl, toss the frozen mixed berries with the cinnamon, brown sugar, cornstarch, and water.

Spread the berry mixture evenly in the bottom of a 9x9 inch baking dish.

Spoon the batter over the berries, spreading it as evenly as possible.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the cobbler is golden brown on top.

Allow the cobbler to cool for at least 10 minutes before serving.
