Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a separate pot, steam the cauliflower florets and carrot until tender.

In a blender, combine the steamed vegetables, cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, turmeric powder, salt, black pepper, and water. Blend until smooth and creamy.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and the creamy sauce. Stir until well coated.

Transfer the mac and cheese mixture into a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes.
