  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and granulated sugar. Mix well.
  5. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix until well combined.
  6. Stir in the mashed bananas and Greek yogurt.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  8. Fold in the chopped walnuts.
  9. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
