  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is lightly golden.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 10 minutes. Then, remove from the oven and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve chilled with fresh berries on top.
