  2. In a bowl, whisk together hazelnut flour, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with milk. Mix until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Smooth the tops with a spatula.
