  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter and dark chocolate over low heat.
  3. Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the Guinness beer.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, cocoa powder, plain flour, and baking powder.
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the chocolate mixture and stir until well combined.
  6. In a small bowl, lightly beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Add the egg mixture to the chocolate batter and mix until smooth.
  7. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and smooth the top.
