Melt the dark chocolate and white chocolate separately in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold the melted dark chocolate into the whipped cream.

Fold in the Guinness beer and sugar.

Fold in the melted white chocolate.

Finally, fold in the beaten egg whites and vanilla extract.
