  2. Peel back the husks of the corn, leaving them attached at the base.
  3. Remove the silks from the corn and fold the husks back over the corn.
  4. Soak the corn in water for 10 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Remove the corn from the water and shake off excess.
  7. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until the husks are charred and the corn is tender, about 15 minutes.
  8. Carefully remove the husks and brush the corn with the steakhouse butter mixture.
  9. Return the corn to the grill and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the butter is melted and the corn is lightly charred.
