In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, diced green chiles, salt, and pepper.

Place a small spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.

Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, then fold it in half diagonally to form a triangle. Press the edges to seal.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, prepare the pineapple salsa by combining diced pineapple, diced red bell pepper, diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
