  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the spinach and blanch for 1 minute. Remove the spinach and transfer to a bowl of ice water to cool. Drain and squeeze out excess water. Chop the spinach.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the green onions and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the asparagus and green peas to the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until tender.
  5. Add the cooked pasta and chopped spinach to the skillet. Toss to combine.
  6. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Toss again to coat.
  7. Cook for another 2 minutes, or until heated through.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
