  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the granulated sugar while continuing to beat until well combined.
  4. Add the sour cream, all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, eggs, lemon zest, and fresh lemon juice. Beat until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9-inch pie dish.
  6. Bake for 40 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Top with fresh strawberries and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
