Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line a square baking pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar and mix well.

Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together icing sugar and milk until smooth. Drizzle the icing over the cooled brownies.

Sprinkle with sprinkles and let the icing set for 20 minutes.
