Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Crush the graham crackers and then melt the butter.

In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and brown sugar. Mix until well combined.

Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.

Sprinkle the chopped nuts and semisweet chocolate chips over the graham cracker crust.

Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
