Peel, core, and slice the apples.

In a large bowl, combine the apples, cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar. Mix well and set aside.

In a separate bowl, combine the oats, almond flour, chopped nuts, remaining brown sugar, and salt. Mix well.

Add the coconut oil to the oat mixture and mix until everything is well coated.

Spread the apple mixture evenly in a baking dish.

Sprinkle the oat mixture over the apples, covering them completely.
