Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small circles.

In another bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

Once the puff pastry circles have cooled, cut them in half horizontally.

Spread the cream cheese mixture on the bottom half of each puff pastry.

Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed thin mint cookies on top.
