  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, ginger powder, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg powder. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and butter. Mix with your hands until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Add the granulated sugar, egg yolks, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the flour mixture. Stir until well combined.
  5. Press the dough into a tart pan, covering the bottom and sides evenly.
  6. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the tart shell.
