  2. In a large bowl, mix the chopped vegetables with soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a dumpling wrapper and place a spoonful of the vegetable mixture in the center.
  4. Fold the wrapper in half and seal the edges by pressing with your fingers or using a fork.
  5. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  7. Place the dumplings in the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown.
  8. Add water to the pan, cover, and steam the dumplings for 10 minutes.
  9. Remove the lid and cook for an additional 5 minutes until the water has evaporated.
  10. Serve the full moon dumplings hot with soy sauce for dipping.
