Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined.

Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl and mix until smooth.

Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts.

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, microwave the peanut butter until melted and smooth.

Drizzle the melted peanut butter over the batter in the baking dish and use a knife to swirl it into the batter.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 1 hour.
