  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  2. Line a cupcake tin with cupcake liners.
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of melted dark chocolate into each cupcake liner and spread it around the bottom.
  4. Place the cupcake tin in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
  5. Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate in a separate heatproof bowl over simmering water.
  6. Remove the cupcake tin from the refrigerator.
  7. Spoon a tablespoon of melted white chocolate on top of the dark chocolate in each cupcake liner.
  8. Sprinkle crushed pretzels on top of the white chocolate.
  9. Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the pretzels.
  10. Place the cupcake tin back in the refrigerator for 1 hour to allow the candy cups to set completely.
  11. Once set, remove from the refrigerator and serve.
