Frozen White Chocolate and Hazelnut Dacquoise
Dacquoise is a classic French dessert made with layers of nut meringue and cream. It is named after the French town of Dax.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until foamy. Gradually add the granulated sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold in the ground hazelnuts and powdered sugar until well combined.

Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly into a rectangular shape.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let it cool completely.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Fold the melted white chocolate into the whipped cream until well combined.

Cut the cooled dacquoise into rectangular pieces.

Layer the dacquoise pieces and the white chocolate cream in a loaf pan.

Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours.

Remove from the freezer, let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes, and then slice and serve.
