In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a blender, puree the thawed strawberries and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and continue beating until stiff peaks form.

Fold the strawberry puree into the whipped cream until well combined.

Pour the mixture over the prepared crust in the baking dish.

Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
