  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of 6 individual serving cups.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Spoon the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust in the cups.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix marshmallow fluff and mini marshmallows.
  6. Spoon the marshmallow mixture over the chocolate layer in the cups.
  7. Place the cups in the refrigerator and let them rest for at least 2 hours.
  8. Before serving, top each cup with pieces of chocolate bar.
