Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the shredded coconut and chopped pecans.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.

Remove from heat and stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.

Spread the frosting over the cooled brownies.

Let the frosting set for at least 1 hour before serving.
