  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into individual tart shells.
  3. Place the tart shells in a muffin tin and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  4. Let the tart shells cool completely.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate over low heat.
  6. Dip the bottom of each tart shell in the melted chocolate and let it set.
  7. In a mixing bowl, combine the whipped cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  8. Fill each tart shell with a dollop of whipped cream.
  9. Top with fresh strawberries.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
