Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles to fit the tart pans.

Press the crust into the pans and prick the bottoms with a fork.

Bake the crusts for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon zest until smooth.

Spread the cream cheese mixture onto the cooled crusts.

In a small saucepan, combine the grapes, cornstarch, and water.

Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

Spoon the grape mixture over the cream cheese layer in the tart pans.
