  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a tart pan with it.
  3. In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the ground almonds, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.
  5. Spread the frangipane mixture evenly over the pastry in the tart pan.
  6. Arrange the strawberries and raspberries on top of the frangipane.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the tart is golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
  9. In a small saucepan, heat the apricot jam until melted.
  10. Brush the melted jam over the fruit to glaze.
