Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line a tart pan with it.

In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the ground almonds, eggs, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.

Spread the frangipane mixture evenly over the pastry in the tart pan.

Arrange the strawberries and raspberries on top of the frangipane.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

In a small saucepan, heat the apricot jam until melted.
