  1. Boil the eggs, peel them, and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic, ginger, green chilies, and tomatoes. Cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add coconut milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Add the boiled eggs and cook for another 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
