  6. Meanwhile, steam the kabocha squash until tender. Mash it with a fork and mix in the honey.
  7. Punch down the dough and divide it into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
  8. Take one ball and flatten it into a disc. Place a spoonful of kabocha squash paste in the center.
  9. Fold the edges of the dough over the filling, creating a flower shape.
  10. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
  11. Place the shaped bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
