Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and press it into a flat-bottomed pie dish.

In a bowl, mix together the assorted fruits, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon.

Pour the fruit mixture into the pie crust.

Dot the top of the fruit mixture with butter.

Place the pie dish on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
