Boil the eggs and remove the shells. Cut them into halves.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs until golden brown. Remove and keep aside.

In the same pan, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add crushed garlic, ginger, and green chilies. Sauté for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add fried eggs and garam masala powder. Mix gently.
