Fettuccine Alfredo, a popular Italian pasta dish, was created by Alfredo di Lelio in the early 20th century. It is traditionally made with fettuccine pasta, butter, and Parmesan cheese.

Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine the cole slaw mix, sliced red bell pepper, sliced green onions, and chopped cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, lime juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Add the cooked fettuccine pasta and cooked ramen noodles to the bowl with the vegetables.

Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables. Toss until well coated.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve chilled.
