  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the Irish cream liqueur and vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Serve chilled with whipped cream and chocolate shavings on top.
