  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the Irish cream liqueur and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the flour until just combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour.
  8. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
