  2. In individual serving glasses or a large trifle dish, layer the sponge cake cubes.
  3. Top with a layer of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
  4. Pour vanilla custard over the fruit layer.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  7. Just before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with mint leaves.
