Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Trim the ends of the Brussels sprouts and cut them in half.

In a bowl, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Toss the Brussels sprouts in the sauce until well coated.

Place the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until they are tender and slightly charred.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
