In a food processor, combine chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, flour, salt, and pepper. Pulse until well combined but still slightly chunky.

Form the mixture into small patties and place on a baking sheet.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the falafels until golden brown and crispy on both sides.

In a separate bowl, mix yogurt, dill, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
