  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Gradually pour the milk mixture into the flour mixture, whisking until smooth.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the pan and swirl it around to evenly coat the bottom.
  6. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the edges are slightly golden and the center is set.
  7. Flip the crepe and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  8. Repeat with the remaining batter.
  9. Spread Nutella onto each crepe and top with sliced strawberries.
  10. Roll up the crepes and serve.
