Egg Puffs
Egg puffs are a popular street food in many countries and are often enjoyed with a cup of tea or coffee.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 35 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.

Add chopped capsicum, tomato, and green chili. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

In a bowl, beat the eggs. Add salt, black pepper powder, and coriander leaves.

Add the sautéed vegetables to the egg mixture and mix well.

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and cut it into squares.

Place a spoonful of the egg mixture in the center of each square.

Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle and seal the edges.

Place the egg puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
