  2. Cut the bread into small cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until crispy.

  4. In a large bowl, combine the toasted bread cubes, cooked vegetables, poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Gradually pour the chicken broth over the bread mixture, stirring well to combine.
  6. Transfer the stuffing mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
