Easy Peanut Butter & Chocolate Eclair Dessert

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together milk and instant vanilla pudding until well combined.

Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.

Gently stir in whipped topping.

In a 9x13 inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers.

Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.

Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining cream cheese mixture.

In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir in vanilla extract.
