  3. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Gently stir in whipped topping.
  5. In a 9x13 inch dish, arrange a layer of graham crackers.
  6. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers.
  7. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and the remaining cream cheese mixture.
  8. In a small saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and butter over low heat. Stir in vanilla extract.
